House 2: Rachel & Ryan
Sold for $4,249,999.50
Rachel & Ryan had the second-best result for The Block: Tree Change with a profit of $169,000.50. This a healthy result considering the other houses this year.
House 1: Tom & Sarah-Jane
Sold for $4,100,000.99
Unfortunately, the couple from Gladstone Park didn't receive the result they were hoping for, leaving them with just $20,000 profit. This is the lowest profit a house has made since 2014 on The Block.
House 3: Ankur & Sharon
No sale
The bidding for Sharon & Ankur's house started low reaching just $4,075,000 near the end which is $5,000 off the reserve. The couple in House 3 will need to wait for their property to sell in the market before making a profit.
House 4: Dylan & Jenny
No sale
Dylan & Jenny went last in the auction order with quite the finish. The house received a bid for $4,075,000 which again is too close to the reserve. The couple will need to wait for their property to sell in the market before making a profit.
