Dear Customers,
In the interest of your safety and the safety of our team members we have implemented changed conditions to pick-ups from our Factory/Warehouse.
On arrival, enter through Gate 3 and proceed to stop at the stop signs in the driveway and wait for a Stratco team member to approach.
The Stratco team member will guide you to a designated pick up bay.
You will be asked to remain in your vehicle, check in using the NSW Health QR code and to provide your order number.
Once the team member has loaded the goods onto/into your vehicle, you will be advised when you can exit your vehicle to allow you to tie down the load as required. Final placement and tying down of goods is the responsibility of the customer.
We ask that you wear a mask at all times and practise social distancing.
